Refund policy
No Returns or Refunds
All orders are made to order and are designed specifically for each customer. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective. Refunds or exchanges will not be accepted for incorrect orders due to customer mistakes, such as misspellings, incorrect selections, or change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
At Toothlezz Snugs, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged or defective, you may request a replacement under the following conditions:
You must contact us at toothlezzsnugs.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
You must provide clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect.
If approved, we will offer a replacement of the same product.
If the damage occurred through improper handling by the customer, a replacement will not be issued.
Please note that refunds are not issued for damaged or defective items - only replacements.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we do not accept any exchanges on items bought from our store. Please ensure that you check the items in your basket before proceeding to checkout.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, production and processing begins, in which the order cannot be cancelled or modified. If a cancellation request is made within 12 hours, a 20% cancellation fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing costs.
Shipping Issues & Lost Packages
Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible delays, lost, stolen, or mis delivered packages. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your order, you must contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim. If your package is lost in transit and not marked as "Delivered", we will work with the courier to resolve the issue. However, replacements are issued at our discretion.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
All customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you do notice an error in your address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be issued only to the original payment used during checkout. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
